Abraj Misr signed the construction contract of the Gate Heliopolis Project with SIAC as the main contractor of the project.
The project is the biggest green residential and mixed use compound in Egypt. The total built up area is 400,000m2. The duration of the project is 24 months.
The project is located in a very prime location in Heliopolis, near City Satrs Heliopolis.
The project is designed and will be constructed according to the highest standards in green building technology.
