Civil works construction for the following:
o Steel rolling mill of a total area of
30,000 m2.
o DRI plant.
o Warehouses.
o Office building consists of 7 floors with
of a total built area of 21,000 m2.
o Upgrading of the existing utilities and
infrastructure to accommodate the
new expansion.
Contract is on re-measure basis.
