Description
Turnkey construction of Parcels 6 & 18 of Mivida class-A residential compound.
The total built up area of the project is 70,000 m2.
The project combines 129 villas, each villa consists of a ground floor, one floor and roof. Contract includes civil works, full finishing works, MEP works and plot fences.
Contract is on lump-sump basis.
