NILE DEVELOPMENTS AWARDS SIAC 31 NORTH TOWER SKELETON
SIAC Construction is proud to sign the construction contract of the first private sector tower in the New Capital “31 North Tower” with Nile Developments.
The contract signing ceremony was held today 05 June 2022.
The tower is composed of 5 basements, ground floor and 33 floors.
Total tower height is 131 meters and total built up area is 128,504 m2.
SIAC scope of works includes skeleton construction.
