Turnkey construction of a diapers production plant. The total built up area is 43,000m2. Contract includes civil works, architectural works, finishing works, MEP works, infrastructure, roads & landscaping. The main building is a reinforced concrete structure with a steel structure roof.
Contract is on lump-sum basis
