SIAC AWARDED "STODA MIXED-USE COMPLEX" IN CAIRO
Egyptian Armed Forces Engineering Authority awarded SIAC the construction of " STODA Mixed-use Complex Project" in Cairo Suez Road.
The project is turnkey construction. Scope of works includes all civil, architectural finishing, electromechanical, infrastructure and landscape works.
The total project area is 177,770 m2. The total built-up area is 54,870m2.
The project consists of a hotel, office buildings, commercial buildings, restaurants, entertainment areas, open areas and parking areas.
