Description
Construction of six large turbine pump and five deep booster pump foundations, control building, administration offices, valve pits, switch gear buildings, roads and infrastructure.
Work involved very special techniques to overcome the subsurface water problem. So five precast concrete foundations, 170 tons each were installed at a depth of 9m. under water, this placing work involved concrete placing and steel sheet piles welding below water level.
Contract is on re-measure basis
