Description
Turnkey construction of an office building with a total built-up area of 22,000 m2. The building consists of 2 underground floors 3,000m2 each, ground floor 4,000m2 & 3 typical floors 4,000m2 each. Works comprise earthwork, structural works, architectural works, electromechanical works and landscaping.
The contract is on re-measure basis.
