Description
Turnkey construction of 2 towers, one of them is a 4 stars hotel and the other one is a first class office building. Total built-up area is 35,200 m2.
The project is composed of 2 level common basement as a car parking with a total built-up area of 4,250 m2 and 2 towers. Each tower is composed of ground floor and 10 floors. The 4 stars hotel comprises 297 rooms with a total built-up area of 18,271 m2. The office building total built-up area is 12,682 m2. Contract includes civil works, architectural works, finishing works, MEP works & landscaping.
Contract is on lump-sump basis.
