The site services package includes the rough grading for the whole site and designing, procurement and constructing of all civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical works, associated systems and equipment including instrumentation, controls of the following facilities: office building, warehouse/ workshop building, maintenance building and garage, guards dormitory building, fire fighting station and oil storage building.
