Description
Turnkey construction of a world class standard business park consisting of nine uniquely designed 'class A' office buildings. The total built up area is 125,000m2. Contract includes civil works, architectural works, interior & exterior top finishing works, MEP works, infrastructure, roads & extensive landscaping including irrigation & lighting.
The project conceptual design is made by Wilkinson Eyre, a leading UK-based architecture firm that is a back-to-back winner of the UK’s prestigious Stirling Prize for architecture.
Contract is on re-measure basis.
