Project Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large project with its proper administration, finance as well as the technical activities.
  • Review and validate working documents (drawings), work’s preparation, sub-contracting, purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Accountable for quality assurance and control, HSE assurance and control, execution, production on site, plant machinery fleet, contractual relations, relations with authorities and third parties.
  • Supervise and coordinate your project towards a successful completion in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies/procedures, contract, time and cost specifications.
  • Coordinate activities on the project between different departments and validate contractual options, whether technical, financial or time related.
  • Negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
  • Implement project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel and specified tasks and prepare monthly progress reports.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
  • Extensive record in managing large projects that involve top quality standards.
  • Candidates should be capable of achieving the project objectives and fulfilling its key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Past experience with international or regional firms is an asset.
Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery and management of all technical matters.
  • Manage subcontractors’ performance to achieve their tasks according to project's schedule and quality requirements.
  • Manage the equipment usage for its full capacity to ensure proper operation.
  • Ensure adequate working conditions for site personnel.
  • Approve the implemented works during the specified time duration to issue the interim payment.
  • Prepare the required reports for project progress, requirements and problems.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size construction firm.
Technical Office Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Process all project documents (working drawings, quantity surveying and purchase orders).
  • Coordinate with different teams to get project documents issued.
  • Close monitoring to contractors, consultants and suppliers' activities.
  • Deliver construction project with the desired quality on time, within budget and resolve technical issues.
  • Report accurately and timely on project progress until completion.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size construction firm.
Sr. Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using Primavera software.
  • Ensuring that construction projects are completed within set deadlines, budget, and in-line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
  • Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar-chart plan considering all inputs (labor, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
  • Develop and update resource (labor and equipment) histogram weekly/monthly as required.
  • Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
  • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern that require action of the associate task member (delay analysis).
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size construction firm.
Sr. Cost Control Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the cost report on regular basis to reflecting the project cost status.
  • Review all direct costs posted on a daily basis.
  • Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
  • Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget.
  • Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, subcontractors and committed cost.
  • Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
  • Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
  • Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss cost related issues.
  • Jointly prepare project cost plan and submit its monthly status report.
  • Preparing actual productivity sheets and curves for budget comparison.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size construction firm.
Shop Drawing Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Study all project drawings ( Civil, and Electrical).
  • Design shop drawings and submit it for endorsement before execution.
  • Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works.
  • Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.
  • Prepare the final drawings to be submitted to the client in accordance with the quantity surveyor.
  • Responsible for all the project’s Document control.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
  • Familiar with Revit is essential.
Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager the receipt of drawings and materials required.
  • Coordinate daily with the Equipment Manger for the equipments required.
  • Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower.
  • Submit a regular “monthly” report to evaluate the performance of Sub – Contractors for assurance of project execution according to the designated timeframes.
  • Prepare receipt requests for in conjunction with Quality Control Manager and coordinate with the Construction Manager in following up the handing over to the consultant.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards following up the progression of schedules and timeframes.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
Technical Office Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
  • Preparing the full project’s procurement plan.
  • Participate in investigation committee for received materials.
  • Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
  • Prepare and submit change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and timeframe.
  • Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the consultant.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in construction firms.
