Project Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the work progress.
  • Monitor the performance/abidance of the Consultants/Contractors to project requirements.
  • Review/comment on Consultants/Client reports and ensure timely completion for management reporting.
  • Advise and assist Director of Construction on any poor performance, remedial action, review of any claims, variation orders and issues for further action or recommendation to higher management.
  • Plan, organise, lead and monitor the assigned project to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specification.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
  • Extensive record in managing large projects that involve top quality standards.
  • Candidates should be capable of achieving the project objectives and fulfilling its key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Past experience with international or regional firms is an asset.
